The challenge

G Tyres North supplies premium and part-worn tyres to garages, dealers, and trade buyers across the UK, but ran enquiries, pricing, and stock by phone and spreadsheet. With 60,000+ tyres moving through the yard and a 48-hour nationwide delivery promise, there was no live view of what was actually in stock, every quote was priced by hand, and trade customers had no way to check availability or reorder without calling.

What I built

I built an ASP.NET Core platform around a central tyre catalogue keyed by size, season, grade, and brand, with real-time inventory that tracks stock as tyres are received, matched, and dispatched. The public site lets buyers search by tyre size (e.g. 225/45R17) or vehicle and submit enquiry and quote requests that post straight into the CRM; approved garages and dealers register for trade accounts with their own logins, negotiated pricing, live availability, repeat ordering, and order history. Behind it: automated quote generation, brand- and size-matched fitment sets (including luxury marques), role-based dashboards for the sales team, and an order-to-dispatch workflow wired to the nationwide 48-hour delivery operation.

The result

Stock, quoting, and trade orders run through one system instead of phone and spreadsheet. Buyers self-serve availability and quotes, the sales team works from a live inventory and pipeline, and orders flow cleanly from enquiry to dispatch across a 60,000+ tyre, UK-wide operation.
