The challenge

Berks Insulation was losing leads to poor tracking, missed follow-ups, and a fragmented customer journey. An outdated CRM caused data-sync failures, delayed communications, and chaotic daily operations, putting brand trust at risk.

What I built

I rebuilt the ECO4 CRM from the ground up across six phases: discovery and audit, strategy blueprint, system integration, custom module development, staff onboarding, and ongoing monitoring. The platform connected website forms, lead vendors, and appointment tools with real-time sync, and added grant-eligibility validators, automated document tagging, location-based appointment clustering, multi-stage compliance verification, and role-based dashboards.

The result

A single, auditable system with automated job tracking and real-time document management. Lead-to-approval rate rose 67%, customer response time dropped 48%, and follow-up efficiency improved 72%.
