The challenge

A new ECO4 entrant needed a real web platform that could qualify applicants, capture applications, and feed them into operations, not just a brochure site with a dead contact form.

What I built

I built an ASP.NET Core application with a rules-driven eligibility checker, multi-step application forms (server-validated and spam-protected), and a lead-capture API that posts qualified applications straight into the CRM with compliant, automated workflows. Hyperlocal city pages were generated from data and server-rendered for speed, with JSON-LD structured data and transactional email automation.

The result

A self-qualifying application funnel feeding the CRM end to end: a 36% application conversion rate, with eligibility resolved before a lead ever reaches the team.
